My husband took our car there to get winter tires on {Nov.20] On the following Sunday {Nov22} a stem that holds the lug nut on broke off because they overtighten the lug nuts with the air wrench. My husband went back on Monday {Nov.23} they said for him to come back on Tuesday {Nov.24} and they would replace it.He went there on Tuesday like they said and they refused to fix it. We are on a very limited income and I expect them to correct their mistake
