The food is good but the service has been sub-par the last dozen times I have been here. I am very dissapointed to have to write this. One of the nicest guys used to work at the front and I haven't seen him in months. He knew me when I called and when I came in and was always nice! Now a crabby mean old lady works there and told me a 9min drive was too far and that they only deliver within 3 miles. This is not true. When I lived at home they used to deliver to me and that was just as far away. Also there are really not that many homes near this restaurant. It is in a shopping center surrounded by shopping centers. We live in Bon Air... right behind this place!! We tip over 20 percent even when we pick-up so they should know it would have been worth it. Not to mention they charge a mandatory delivery charge. The last time we dropped by they gave us nasty looks so we left. Literally I went to this place 3-4 times a week. Very angry!?
Pros: most of the menu is delicious when it is eaten in.
Cons: They can;t understand you
