I called several, and I mean several, places in Elk Grove/Sacramento to see if they would deliver- nobody does... but Hunan Garden does! Friendly service, and prices are reasonable.
I recommend the salt and pepper shrimp and the Singapore noodles- spicy!
Pros: Singapore Noodles are awesome!
Cons: I didn't have a menu when I called- so I blindly ordered
more
