These guys don't give free estimates but won't tell you until they are on site. When you ask them what the problem is with your furnace they will say...that will cost you. When you ask for a written estimate of the work before they proceed they will say...but that will cost you. They promise to reimburse you the the cost of the estimate after they do the job, but you have to have it done now. No opportunity to get other estimates and compare price, work, etc. Makes business makes me real mad!
