They're so straightforward that you feel like you don't have to get bids from other shops - you know that you're getting an honest job at an honest price.
I had my suspension fixed here. It was by far the cheapest price I found, and it was done in two days. The only problem was lugging it way south of town. Otherwise I highly recommend them.
Pros: Straightforward, honest, reliable, and not too expensive.
Cons: Way south of town. It's a hike.
