From begining to end. Everything and everyone was very impressive. All the people were a great example for any service organization. In today's world it is refreshing to have so many nice people in one place. The waiting area was clean and provided gourmet coffee and snacks, choice of seating. The restroom was clean clean clean. The Facilities were classy. The equipment was new and state of the art.
