The service man was very courteous and knowledgeable about my problem. He took some extra time to show me exactly what needed to be done to have the floor reinforced (a service Roto-Rooter does not do) before they could come back and complete the job. He scheduled service so he could come back and finish the job since he was aleady familiar with the problem. I felt very comfortable knowing my problem would be fixed right. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
