I love this place too much for words. I had been to a few other places in town before Urban Waxx, and let me tell you, the difference is astronomical. It's a super-chill environment with amazingly friendly staff, tea and candies while you wait, and the most pleasant waxing experience you'll ever have. I have to give some 'mad props' to my lady Brooke, because she is fantastic. It takes an awesome person to be giving you a brazilian and still make you feel comfortable and chatty. When they say it's "The best wax you'll ever have. Seriously" they are soooo not joking. I thought that was a cute little tagline or whatever at first but it's the truth. Seriously.
