My wife and I chartered a bus with Academy for our wedding reception and will never use them again. When we booked we discussed with the representative the type of bus and the details for the pick-up and drop-off of our guests. On the day of our wedding we were surprised to see that Academy had sub-contracted our wedding to some unknown bus company. It was not the bus we had discussed and, worst of all, the driver spoke Russian and about 6 words of English. He did not have any of the information we had provided to Academy regarding the schedule. As a result our wedding started over 30 mins late and I had to leave my own reception to direct the driver to the reception location (which was only three blocks from the church) and then direct him back because he got lost after the first run. We went with Academy because we thought by going with a recognized bus company we would get a new bus and an experienced driver -- we got just the opposite. I would not recommend them to anyone.
