I also had a bad experience with the Winkler Organization. I moved into an apartment with a 50 year old Kelvinator oven ( Brand) that they insisted worked, however everytime I tried to cook it did not work.. By the way. this oven sat on our counter top. We complained and sent someone over to fix it, but it still did not work. They even complained because it cost them 50.00. Like why would you spend anymore money on an oven that old? Finally, after 3-4 months of a non-working oven, they put in a new one but just stuck it on a wall not where it should be... No venting and right by our backdoor.. We finally had to get the fire department out there to let them no it was not up to code and blocking the doorway. In other words, A FIRE HAZARD!! But did that work no they did not want to move it because we would loose some cabinet space.... After the fire chief notified them 2-3 times. it was finaaly moved.
