Dr. Williams is not only efficient, she's also caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Her staff can tend to be uncaring, and a little unprofessional, and the wait time for your visit suck. However the Dr. can not be held accountable for her team actions especially if noone voice their opinions. She's a very busy Dr. with a large clientele and yes although the wait time may be long and aggravating it should be looked at as reassuring, because that show us that she takes her time with her patients to ensure that all of our medical concerns are addressed and that appropriate care is provided. I love Dr. Williams and strongly recommend her to be your OBGYN.
