Recently this apartment complex stated that all residents must request a parking pass for all guests...These are only available on a first come first serve basis. These are only available during business hours............WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LEAVE FOR WORK PRIOR TO 8:00 AM AND COME HOME AFTER 6:00 PM??????
