My SUV didn't run smoothly. It had an intermittent jerk that went from occasional to constant and made the vehicle almost inoperable. After telling me that I had bad spark plugs and wires, I said okay to a $500 for a tune-up. After that, the problem still existed, but not quite as bad. So next, it needed a $125+ transmission flush (obviousily guessing all the way...but with my money!), The problem still existed. Finally, I took the car to Autoway Ford in Brooksville, where they immediately diagnosed a bad coil. $150 later, my car is actually fixed and they told me that the transmission fluid was too brown to have been recently flushed. Needless to say, I am done with 5-Star after trusting them ever since they opened a few years ago. I will be generous and give them 2 stars.
