I have been working out with Method Fitness for close to a year now.
I am really pleased with the results, I've lost 15 pounds since I've started and my bodyfat has dropped to where I can see nice definition in my arms, abdominals and thighs.
The trainers are all very professional and know what they are doing. I have been working out with the same trainer the entire time that I have been there and I love the fact that they don't switch your trainers around like some other companies do.
The location is ideal, it's right in the Hilton on 6th and 53rd. The space is very clean and not overcrowded with the typical mob of clients that you would expect at commercial gyms.
The entire staff and management are very polite and curteous, I highly recommend this company!
