Five days after I purchased $23 worth of items, I went a different way on my project and went back to return the items. When I got to the store, I was told ""it says 'no refunds or exchanges' on the receipt "". Normally that would not have been a problem but I don't recall ever seeing a sign in the store to that effect. Seeing it only on the receipt AFTER the purchase raises questions. Is that legal, is it ethical ? I guess they don't care about keeping customers comming back. There are other stores in the area for their kind of product. I doubt I'll be back.

Cons: Once you're out of the store, you're stuck with the purchase
