Victor called when he said he'd call and told me when he would be arriving. Victor and his team arrived on time and the first thing they did was test a very dirty and high traffic area of the rug to show how well the product worked. It immediately cleaned the carpet! I was very impressed. Victor was thorough and made sure we like his work, telling us to come look at it and make sure YOUR happy! Victor answered all of our questions. We looked it over when they were finished and found a spot or two and they took they out. Thanks again for a job well done! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.\r
