Victor and his crew member explained the procedure well before getting started. He really made the experience painless by answering all questions upon request. After performing a sampling test, thats when my wife and I realized how immediately the solution works. We were very pleased with the end results. The procedure is cost effective and it works quick. Our carpet was in really bad conditions in some areas, but after applying the solution our carpet appeared to be replenished. Hands down, Carpet Dryclean is the best that I have encountered.
