Polo came by on time, demonstrated the carpet cleaning process before providing an estimate. He went to clean what is perhaps the dirtiest carpet ever, removing at least 20 stains of various origin. I am extremely impressed. It was quick, the service was great, and Polo was extremely helpful. It feels like I have a new carpet.
