I had a large stain left by a renter on carpet that was less than a year old. Technician did a good job of removing the stain and restoring the carpet. Technician was polite, informed me on what he was doing and why. He worked very diligently and completed 4 rooms in about 2 hours. The results were excellent and the carpet was ready to walk on when he left.
Pros: Quick effective removal of stain. Little to no drying time.
Cons: None so far.
