The whole process, from the first call to inquire about pricing/scheduling to the actual cleaning was excellent and hassle free. Honest, up front pricing and a preview guarantee is what sold me. When Polo arrived, he explained the process and demonstrated on the toughest spot to make sure I would be satisfied with the results. I was honestly amazed at the level of stain removal and the fact that it was still dry! When he finished, he made sure I was pleased with all of it before cleaning thoroughly, leaving no indication he had even be there - minus the fresh scent. Very pleased with the service and the result, wondering why I hadn't called them sooner!
