Victor called when he said he'd call and told me when he would be arriving. Victor and his team (Romy and Herman) arrived on time and the first thing they did was test a very dirty and high traffic area of the rug to show how well the product worked. It immediately cleaned the carpet! I was very impressed. The gentlemen were very thorough and diligent in their cleaning and left the place spotless! Victor was also very patient with answering all the questions I had for him and he made sure I was happy with the service prior to his team leaving. Thanks again for a job well done!
