Buildings need exterior paint, peeling paint, workout room has old equipment, hot tub doesn't work,old appliances, very poor screening of residents, a few years ago residents were young professionals now it seems standards are very low for new residents, loud trashy people always at the pool, poor pest control. Very cheap to move in but very expensive to break a lease since you have to pay back the discount they gave you when you moved in.
