This company is a complete scam that preys upon nonprofit organizations. I wasted several hours of my time that could have been better spent on work on behalf of my organization investigating their bogus credit collection call.
With the hundreds of complaints about this company, I do not understand why the government or New York Secretary of State has not investigated.
Note: There is no zero stars option or this company would have a solid zero rating.
