My 4 and 6 year old daughters left their crayons on the carpet in our sun room. Well, they melted in the carpet. I tried to get one of the stains out of the carpet and was unsuccessful. I called Sam and told him my problem. He told me upfront that he may not be able to get the stains out but that he would try. I appreciated his honesty.\r

Sam worked hard to remove the stains and was successful at getting most of it out. The only one he couldn't get out was the one that I worked on. I believe I must have done something to set the stain in the carpet for good. \r

Even though he couldn't get out the last stain, I am extremely satisifed with the outcome. Sam was persistent and his hard work paid off! Thank you. I will definitely call you in the future for carpet services.\r
