First time I went, I was totally wowed and loved the color, haircut and service. Second time, same person, totally different color and haircut and almost no service. My niece got a wonderful Japanese style haircut there, and my brother gets his haircuts there, and I am going to try again.
Pros: I liked one of my haircuts and color very much
Cons: Totally different second time I went back.
