I purchased a Diesel pusher motor home from Desert Autoplex (A company by the name of Go Green RV sells the motorhomes for Desert Autoplex). If you want to avoid a whole lot of headaches avoid buying from this dealer. I imported this motor home into Canada and had to have a provincial inspection done on the unit. I figured there would be no problems because Desert Autoplex had performed an 82 point inspection and they said all was well. Before buying the unit I checked the dealership out on the BBB and various other places and they seemed to have a good reputation.\r

It was a very long drive home for me and one problem after another showed up with this motor home that according the Desert was in perfect condition. I wasn't even out of Arizona when I found out my motor home was spitting oil all over the engine because they forgot to put the oil cap on the oil container. Next, I'm sure you can imagine how it feels when you pull into the gas station and you don't have a key to open the gas door. Then further down the road you find out your water pump doesn't work so you can't run water from the sinks or anything, then you get into a rain storm and find out there's no rubber left on your wiper blades plus one of the slides leaks like hell and on top of that I couldn't get the coach to run off it's batteries and it goes on and on. The unfortunate part is that it didn't stop there, when getting my inspection done I found out that there was an electrical problem that caused all the lights to flash when signaling right, practically the whole exhaust system needed to be replaced, there were problems with the positive battery cable on the house batteries which is why nothing would run off battery, the batteries were also no good either. Before leaving the dealership they replaced the windshield and it leaks as well. I was just barly out of Arizona when I figured out that I'd been had.\r

The list goes on and on, I've spent rougly $4500 for repairing all the major issues and buying parts to fix anything I was able to fix. I talked to the owner of Desert Autoplex and he said they would help me out with these repairs but had to speak with the salesman who is the owner of Go Green RV and would get back to me the next week. The next week came and went without a call. Ever since I've been playing cat and mouse with them and I've finally filed a complaint with the BBB.\r

Like everyone else that has posted a review here, if you want to save yourself alot of agrivation, steer clear of these 2 dealerships or at the very least ensure you have whatever you are purchasing inspected by a 3rd party or make sure you put a clause in your sales agreement to protect yourself.\r

One thing I've learned from my experience with this dealership is DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING POSITIVE THAT YOU READ ABOUT A COMPANY, ANYTHING NEGATIVE YOU READ IS USUALLY CORRECT!!!\r

The only saving grace is with most of the issues repaired, it's a beautiful motorhome.
Cons: Misrepresent what they sell
