Missed appointment, never showed up or called. When I approached management, they showed no concern. I was overcharged for stove and they wrote me a check for difference. Check bounced because of insufficient funds. These people are bad news. Stay away from them.
Pros: Installation of Fireplace Stove was well done
Cons: Missed appointment - no calls-didn't care.
