Have purchased 3 automobiles from Midland Ford and really had no issues with the service department until the last 3 years. Bought a $40,000 car and if I could I would drive it into the river. The Service Department continually does not write down complaints, tries to explain away serious concerns, and questionably does the work that is billed. Everyone else at this dealership is great - too bad that doesn't carry over to service. Think twice about buying a car from here, especially since it's an American car it will definitely need ongoing service.

Cons: Service is a joke!
