Was a tourist in DC for the weekend. Have spent a lot of time in DC recently. Told this was ""the place"" for seafood. Cabfare from downtown was $12 each way and couldn't get a return cab for 40 minutes despite the restaurant calling.\r
\r
Fish was good, portions were tiny. Waitress acted as if she were ready for the night to be over. Curt and disinterested. Tuna ordered extra rare was overcooked.\r
\r
Not worth the cabfare, and not worth waiting 40 minutes to return to hotel. Restaurant owner needs to work out better system with cab companies--this place is in farthest NW DC, and you won't find a cab on the street.
Pros: fish well-prepared
Cons: location, tiny portions, no available cabs
