I have to provide a testimony to the exact opposite of the previous post. I have never had a good experience with the Grier Group. It took several months and many phone calls to get something fixed in a condo that I own. Every time I call them regarding simple things, such as a bill or losing my mailbox key, there is never anyone at the company that can or is willing to help me. I am always shrugged off onto other people who are never in the office. I wish that my condo company had never switched mgmt firms. I can understand that they may not have people there to directly fix the problem, but no one is even willing to help. It may be that the mgmt of this company needs new office staff, but simple things like unfriendly staff can ruin relationships.
