I have been going to this place for several years and have not been fully happy. It is close to my house, and as a result, I have put up with the rude staff. But finally during my last visit, I had had enough. This particular visit I went with my mom for a mother-daughter spa day. You think when you go for a pedicure you are going to have a nice, relaxing time away from kids and work, etc. Not at Bay Colony Nail Spa---Emma, the person doing my pedicure, insulted me by telling me I had gained weight! When I told her I hadn't, she still would not drop the subject and told me again that I had gained weight and that I need to not gain anymore! Mom and I were so shocked and appalled. I spent the entire rest of my pedicure with tears in my eyes and mom spent her pedicure trying to console me. Apparently, this business doesn't give a training class as to what is and what is NOT appropriate to say to clients. And besides, I am at most 5 pounds over my ideal weight! My mom and I will never go back to this place again.
