everybody moves by the mall we hate having to drive so far and having only one mall at xmas it's mad, but on the south side you would have had the only scrapbooking store. you could have also included beading and glass classes. we are tiried of mishawaka getting evrything because they have a mayor who fights for them, well we out on the south side have no one ,but we would welcome the businesses and try to help you grow knowing someone cares about us would be great.
Pros: we are lacking in many things
Cons: you would have to deal with the rebirth we want
