A very welcome addition to the limited choices of dining establishments in Plantation. Bamboo Noah's has never let me down, the food is always fresh and cooked to order! The entire menu is delicious! I am addicted to their balsamic dressing they use for the chicken. I have never ever like salmon but it is outstanding!! So happy to have them around the corner!
