After several negative experiences I try to avoid these guys as much as i can, even though this is the most conveniently located car service for me. One time i got yelled at for not knowing the exact address of my destination (i gave them a land mark- a bridge!!! and it wasnt enough!) and i was kicked out the car because of that! The driver was a woman, probably one of those super rude women on the phone. Another time I was in a hurry and i called them an hour in advance asking them to be there at the very specific time. every 10 minutes past that time i called and they kept telling me ""in 5 minutes"" every time!! very rude people, bad experience. Only giving 2 stars because normally the drivers are nice.
Pros: convenient location (for me)
Cons: lie about wait time, very rude on the phone
