I have to say first off the staff there are nice.. but as far as their keeping track of things,horrible..sometimes or I shoud say many times when I would go in they wouldn't have a clue as to why I was there and which teeth were a problem even though the previous appointments the problems were supposedly thouroughly noted. Also found that ...this is the sad part...bad part...the dentist I was seeing there would shoo me in and then out saying everything was fine...well....turns out I had 2 cavaties...one I found myself when flossing and pieces of the teeth fell out...then it gets worse the crown they put in was not made correctly boooo!!!!! so i had extreme tooth sensitivity and couldn't floss correctly.And on top of that the other crown they put in had spaces in it boooo!!! so guess what now I'm told the tooth is so infected that I will have to get the tooth removed....booooo!!! this is costly and wasted so much of my time.. they had a good dentist there but she got fired or quit..probably because she was the only one there doing her job correctly and guess what the crown she did....... there are no problems with it. All I'm saying is if you use ither of Broadaways offices make sure you get someone to recheck the work. Both of his offices in Cheseapeake and Virginia Beach have made costly mistakes and have wasted my time. So I've found I will have to get everything his offices messed up...REDONE!---Better yet don't get a second opinion just RUN.... But good piece of advice if you have had anything done by him I am urging you to get it rechecked by another dentist otherwise you could be in for more costly treatments.TRY KONIKOFF DENTISTRY they're great!!!--check their reviews and you will find no problems. Thank God for forums such as this. If I could shout this from the rootops I would. No one deserves this kind of treatment and care. The 1 star I gave is just for the polite behavior of the staff...other than that boooooo! His offices don't need to be in business. :(
