It is not cool when the actual doctor talks negatively about other eye clinics (1st clue) and it is definitely not cool when they call you 45 minutes before you appointment to come in early or reschedule because the doctor needs to leave town to see his family. Not only happened once but a couple of times. The worst, no apologies but to call back ""if"" I wanted to reschedule. Very poor business attitude considering I have been a patient for over 10 years. Cons: Too Expensive & acts like Beverly Hills 90210 more
