hi i live at the highlands and im not very happy with the work harper painting has done they could not get the job done correctly they missed so many things on the painting and everytime we whould complain they would blame the help and not themselves our board members had walkthrough after walkthrough for the same things, they were very sloppy and did not clean until we made them aware of the situation and then it would continue in this way, i would not recomend this company to anyone
Pros: no pros, would never recomend
Cons: could not get the project done or correct
