This 2 individuals are responsible for soooo many vacancies at their building, they both are not polite at all, very disrespectful!!! and they do not comply with the tenants needss, Wally is always upset!! and screams at tenants when he is asked to fix something, he is always busy. so he says...he lies alot.....he is always kissing butt to James... HE DOES'T KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING!!! ALWAYS EXPECT SOMEONE ELSE TO DO HIS JOB!!!!!!!!!!!
