I have a wholesale account w/ this company, and have had an item mailed to a customer broken. I've tried and tried to reach them by phone, email etc. They never return your calls or emails. I am going to be forced to eat this sale to my customer.
Pros: I can't think of any
Cons: THey never return calls, and send mdse. to customers broken
