This company is awful. The apartment started out great.
But anytime we had to deal with management, we were outraged at how disgustingly rude and purposely unhelpful they were.
I got married while living there and they REFUSED to add my husband's name to the lease, even though we were resigning for a whole new year, with a new lease.
Our neighbor next door passed away and they let a cockroach infestation spill into our apartment. Even after numerous complaints, they did nothing.
The last straw was when they had a workman enter our apartment WITHOUT permission, without even asking or letting us know. I came home early from work to find the bathroom painted (there was mold on the ceiling which they covered up with paint instead of cleaning) and had no idea that they were doing that.
It's very scary to think some stranger can enter your apartment without your permission or supervision. We moved out because they had broke the lease and we did not want to be there.
They still refuse to give us our whole security deposit back. They are so nasty and terrible to deal with, we'd rather loose the money then have to keep contacting them.
