Today ( 10-21-09 ) I went in to check my lotto tickets at 2:45pm. I asked the person behind the desk if he could check them for me. He pointed to the self lotto checker by the door. I indicated that the last time I used that self checker machine it said no winner. I went home and left the tickets on the counter. Later I checked the internet lotto sight and one of the tickets had a $2.00 winner. This is why I asked Sam ( the manager or so he said ) to check my tickets. His response was ""I REALLY DON'T FEEL LIKE CHECKING THEM"" ! I once again explained why I didn't trust the self check machine. He said ""well you can check them at home on your computer"". I asked why he didn't provide a common service to a customer expressing a problem. He said nothing and leaned back on the back wall counter. I asked him for the managers name and ph#. He said he was the manager and he would give me the store ph# only. I asked who he reported to and he said the owner. I asked the owners name and ph# and got no response. As I walked away i did say what a dumb ass. He responded by calling me a fat f__k and too stupid to check my own lotto tickets.I did respond asking him if he's in the service industry? He just leaned back on the counter. I left.
