We fixed most things ourselves so we wouldn't have to deal with their rude attitude. When we moved in I needed a fax resent with authorization to install cable tv and Mary Ann said it may take some time ""I'm only one person!"".
When I moved out they charges 10% of cost of repairs for ""supervision"" what the heck is that? I got a large portion of the deposit back 3 weeks after moving out but then a few weeks later they sent me an adjustment and wanted MORE money back from me. I don't think that's even legal since it was after the 31 days and we already satisfied the balance.
Don't rent with Mainlander unless you want a headache.
Pros: good selection of properties
Cons: rude and unreliable
