Been there once the poor quality and the barking nature of the staff faded from memory and I made the mistake of going there again recently with my children. Nothing changed.... I walked in with my 5 and 7 year children We all heard a lady screaming ""F"" word repeatedly when employee saw us coming this employee yelled ""PAT PAT"" not sure if this was a code word for employees to be quiet or a name but, place is not child friendly.
This is a service counter ordering like Moe's restaurant there is no deli type feel. The cafeteria style dining room is bright and open but there is no privacy if you want to have any sort of conversation.
I had a grilled chicken sandwich and side of slaw and drink. My kids had 2 orders of chicken fingers. My chicken sandwich tasted old and was barley warm the edges were hard as if it was reheated or microwave a few times before and was tasteless. My kids ate the chicken fingers but they were very greasy and they were very tiny order even for my 5 year old doughter. My daughter spilled a dip sauce for the chicken I had to pay .50 extra I assume the $7.95 I paid for the 2 greasy tenders was not enough to get another 1/2-ounce sauce.
$35 for lunch is robbery for reheated greasy junk food. There are so many better friendly restaurants on South Main Street now at less then half this price, I do not understand how this place stays around... I guess I do, since I paid the bill!! Never Again.!!!
Pros: SLOW SERVICE SO CAN REFILL YOU COKE
Cons: THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF
