I went and toured the facility and was shocked by what I saw. As a parent I would never send my child to planet child care. I saw a few different teachers yelling at children, disiplin is okay but they were almost be-littleing the children. I saw many unhappy children, children fighting, pushing, yelling, I realize kids are not perfect but they had no control over the class rooms, I would never want my child being around that, I feel they would pick up horrible habits and I saw a handful or teachers texting on cell phones, not paying attention to the children at all. I saw very little child teacher interaction and the lady who gave me my tour, was very rude, I felt as if she was showing me everything so fast and trying to get me back out the door right away, I felt as either they didn't care about my business or they knew the staff and children are not great so they were imbarassed by showing it, also they are supposed to be the one giving me information and I felt like they had no idea what they were talking about! After my visit I talked the place over to a few other people and everyone I talked to said the personal experience they had with planet child care was awful! As a mother, please take my advice and do not send your children here!!!
