Initially, when I went for a price estimate on tires/service, I had a great experience. The male was very helpful, friendly and knew what he was talking about. I went back the next day and stepped into unfriendly and incompetent customer service. Long story short: it took more than twice as long as I was intially told, the handful of employees who helped me didn't know what was going on (and were completely rude!) and, in the middle of me missing a meeting due to this cluster/mess, an employee came in for a new battery upon which the male employee helping me stopped what he was doing for my services to talk/flirt/help her. Go to Walmart for tires but NOT this location.

Cons: Customer service and pretty much everything else!
