Unbelievably Disgusting! In this day of H1N1 flu and staph infections, I could not believe my eyes when I saw an Irvine Champagne French Bakery food service worker picking his infected nose & touching everything around him, spreading his infection - counters, trays, plate, etc. He never washed his hands between sessions of nose picking, nose blowing, face itching, continuing to distribute his germs & viruses everywhere. Even chit chatting between nose blowings with his co-worker shift manager in conversation- seemed she could care less too. I asked him what kind of sloppy food handling is this? The poor untrained kid seemed oblivious. So don't expect safe food handling at Champagne French Bakery. I witnessed with my own eyes Champagne's staff's total disregard for the health of others. For the sake of others health, I must say CUSTOMER BEWARE! I worry, if this is what the staff is OK with in front of customers, what bad food handling habits do they enjoy freely behind closed doors? Special sauces?
