First off when I went into the store I was greeted by one of the sales staff, I told them I had a watch problem. the salesman then took me over to talk directly with the watch repairman he was able to stop what he was doing and open up the watch (my rolex) and look at it right then. He told me what was wrong and let me know what was recomended. I was told the repair would then take 3-4 weeks. after about 2 1/2 weeks I called to check on the repair and was told it would onlt be a few more days and then 2 days later I recieved a call that the repair was finnished. When I went it to pick up the repair I was very happy to see than the watch looked as nice as the day it was NEW and now after wearing the watch for a few weeks I can see that it keeps better time than when it was new. I will be a customer for life these guys are great.
Pros: Fast, good Price, quality work, friendly And certified.
Cons: it was well out of my way, but worth it.
