I had a very expensive skirt (well, expensive for me - $200) - there were a couple of small food spots on the skirt. I said ""if they are easy to get out - no problem. Please don't use any harsh chemicals - I don't want this skirt being ruined - its very expensive"" - the lady said ok.
Well... The pink part of my skirt is now grey... and ruined. I will never ever go back there again.
Cons: They didn't listen to me...
