Im sure its possible some people have had problems with LBG, but personally speaking I dont shop anywhere else. Ive never had a problem with customer service, i have no problem sending emails - it is an internet company!!. THey always respond to me, and when i need to call they answer. Sabrina in customer service is brilliant. I use LBG for all my fan needs and anytime theres a hiccup shes right there to help.
