The manager has an attitude problem, does not take no for an answer and Cons customer into buying lenses well above the market price. The frames are outdated, and the quality of service is extremely poor!!! Nevertheless, the short w/ an attitude manager need to go. She is a very uneducated, all mouth, no manner, without human services skills individual. I should of seen it coming when I enter the store one day, and she treated the window cleaner like crap in front of several customers. Never again...Please do not go into this store...You were warned!!!! I was caught up one time...it won't happen again.
